1. Do you offer home delivery?
Yes. We deliver to Panama City and Costa Verde – La Chorrera. For other areas, you can contact us via WhatsApp to confirm availability before placing your order.
2. Can I order for the same day?
Yes, we accept same-day orders subject to availability. We recommend placing your order in the morning to ensure a spot on our delivery route.

We do not accept cash on delivery. All orders must be paid for before being scheduled.

4. How do I place an order?
Simply choose your arrangement on our website, select the date and time range, enter the recipient's information and billing details, and remember to include your message or dedication. Then make your payment, and your order will be immediately processed for preparation at the nearest branch (Bella Vista or Costa Verde).
5. Can I customize my flower arrangement?
Yes. You can specify colors, style, or preferences in the "Notes" section or email us at sales@noemiflowers.com so we can help you create something special. Personalization will depend on the availability of flowers, balloons, chocolates, wines, etc.
6. What kind of flowers do they offer?
We work with fresh domestic and imported flowers: roses, sunflowers, lilies, orchids, tulips (depending on the season), carnations, daisies, hydrangeas and tropical flowers such as heliconias, ginger and anthuriums.
7. What happens if they can't find the recipient?
We will attempt to contact the recipient by phone or WhatsApp. If we are unable to deliver, the arrangement will be returned to the corresponding branch and you will be able to:
• Reschedule delivery (with additional cost depending on distance and logistics).
• Request delivery to another address (also evaluated to define a new shipping cost).
The arrangement will be kept in optimal condition until the new delivery is coordinated.

8. Do you offer arrangements for weddings, events, or businesses?
Yes. We provide floral arrangements for weddings, corporate events, grand openings, and office flower subscriptions. You can contact us for a personalized quote or to schedule a meeting.
9. Are the photos the same as the arrangement delivered?
The images are for reference only. If any flower, color, or variety is not available in Panama, we will make substitutions while maintaining the style, size, and value of the design you selected.
10. Will I receive confirmation of my order and delivery?
Yes. You will receive an email confirming your purchase and another message (email or WhatsApp) when your arrangement has been delivered. If the arrangement is delivered to reception or authorized personnel, it will be considered a valid delivery.
11. Can I include a card with a message?
Yes. You can write your message when you order and we'll print it on a card at no extra cost.
12. What are your hours?
Bella Vista and Costa Verde branches:
Monday to Saturday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Sundays: Scheduled deliveries only or depending on availability.

You can request changes before your arrangement is made or shipped. Please contact us with your order number as soon as possible.

Cancellation is only possible before arrangement preparation begins. If the arrangement is already being prepared or is en route, cancellation will not be possible.

We recommend:
