QUALITY POLICY FOR PERISHABLE PRODUCTS

At Noemí Flowers , we are committed to offering high-quality floral and complementary products, ensuring freshness and impeccable presentation. Given the perishable nature of our products (flowers, foliage, fruits, chocolates, etc.), special conditions apply:

• All arrangements are handcrafted and may have natural variations depending on availability, season, and weather.

• We guarantee that the products will be delivered in optimal condition , preserving their freshness for a minimum of 24 hours after delivery, under normal weather conditions, not exposing the arrangement to extreme temperatures since they are live flowers.

• No returns are accepted for perishable products that have already been delivered, unless they have defects attributable to the assembly or delivery process .

• Any claim must be made within 6 hours of delivery , attaching photographic evidence.
